Adding reply latency to the weekly health digest. This is the kind of signal that only shows up if someone is watching all the accounts at once, which is exactly why we hired a bot for it.

Same pattern on the outbound side. If a prospect's replies slow down, the deal is already gone, they just have not scheduled the call to say so.
